DAY 1: Arrival in Enniskerry

DAY 2: Enniskerry - Roundwood
17km • 4 - 6 hours • (↑) 440m
Widely considered to be the highlight of the entire Wicklow Way trail, the trek from Enniskerry to Roundwood is truly a feast for the eyes. Your day starts with a gentle ascent through the Crone Woods before a steeper climb up over the shoulder of Djouce Mountain and onward to the summit of White Hill. As you start your descent into Roundwood you are treated to stunning views over Lough Tay and the Guinness Estate.
DAY 3: Roundwood - Laragh
15-20km • 4 - 7 hours • (↑) 270/600m
You start your day along a quiet country road before climbing upwards through sheep-grazing country. On a clear day, you will have the option to lengthen today’s walk by taking a detour at Oldbridge and heading for Scarr Mountain (641m) – the views will be reward enough for your efforts! The monastic village of Glendalough soon comes into view as you head down into the Glenmacnass Valley.
DAY 4: Departure from Laragh
